💡 Return Process

General: Used products cannot be returned. We do not guarantee results.

NOTICE: You must inform us (Lotta GmbH & Co KG, Brockmanngasse 7, 8010 Graz, Austria) of your decision to cancel this contract via a clear declaration (e.g., email or postal letter).

Products must be returned without delay, no later than seven days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: The buyer bears the return shipping costs. The Seller does not provide return labels.

REFUND: For hygiene reasons, we must inspect the condition of returned items. Full refunds are only possible if the product is in perfect, unused condition and can be resold. Otherwise, only partial refunds will be issued.

Important notes:
💡 If your order originally qualified for free shipping and item returns lower the total below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
💡 If a free item or bulk discount was received as part of a promotion and returns lower the order value below the eligibility threshold, the free items must also be returned. Otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refund based on regular shop prices.


💡 Tracked & Insured Shipping

Goods are shipped to the address provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address entered during checkout is binding.

Customers must regularly check their email for shipping notifications. A shipping confirmation will be sent by both Lotta Curls and the shipping service provider.

Our fulfillment partner, Emoro, will send updates via email. The shipping provider will also send tracking updates.

If a package is delivered to a parcel shop or pick-up station and not collected within the stated time, the customer is responsible.
The customer must cover return shipping costs and any fees for redelivery.

Lotta Curls is not liable for unclaimed shipments if shipping notifications were verifiably sent.


💡 Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not picked up, there are two options:

  1. The buyer pays the full cost of the return and reshipping based on current rates.

  2. If the buyer does not want the item resent, a €9.00 handling fee (including VAT) will be deducted from the refund to cover the return processing.

By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to these terms.

Legal Notice under EU Consumer Protection Directive:
According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the buyer is obliged to provide correct and accessible contact details when ordering.
If a properly announced delivery is not picked up or accepted, the buyer bears the return and redelivery costs.
