Refund policy

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The cost of returns and uncollected goods must be borne by the buyer.

For non-collected goods, there are two options:
1. The buyer pays the cost of reshipment to the seller, and the package is reshipped to the buyer.
2. If the buyer does not want the product to be resend, the buyer agrees that the seller may retain a processing fee of € 9.00 (including VAT of the country) in the return transfer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract, and to consumers whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

1 - INFORMATION OBLIGATION: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bullspirit OG, Obergnas 59, 8342 Gnas, Austria) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2 - RETURN: Return all the goods in the same packaging they were received in, and ship the return goods to our company address:

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

3 - COSTS OF RETURN: The delivery costs are borne by the buyer. Return labels are NOT provided by the seller.

4 - REFUNDS: For hygienic reasons, the condition of the product must be determined before the repayment by the seller. We point out that we can only grant full repayment if the product is in perfect condition, so that a resale of the product is possible. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refund only partial amounts.

In the case of quantity discounts, all items to which the discount applies must be returned, otherwise the original value of the non-returned items will be deducted from any possible refund.
