💡Return Process
General: Used products cannot be returned. We do not provide a success guarantee.
1. INFORMATION OBLIGATION: You must inform us (Lotta GmbH & Co KG, Brockmanngasse 8, 8010 Graz, Austria) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email or a letter sent by post).
2. RETURN: Return the complete product in the sent package to our company address:

You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than seven days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Return labels are explicitly not provided by the seller.
4. REFUND: For hygienic reasons, the condition of the product must first be determined. Please note that we can only offer a full refund if the product is in perfect condition, allowing for resale. The products must not show any signs of use. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refund only partial amounts.
In the case of bulk discounts, all items to which the discount applies must be returned, otherwise the original value of the items not returned will be deducted from a possible refund. The same applies to free shipping promotions, which would no longer be applicable with the returned items.

💡Insured Shipping with Tracking
Goods are delivered via the shipping route to the delivery address specified by the customer unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address provided during the seller’s order processing is decisive for the transaction. The customer will be informed by the fulfillment service provider Weship via email about the shipping with the selected shipping service provider. The shipping service provider sends ongoing shipping updates. If the package is brought to a parcel shop and not picked up by the customer within the deadline, the customer bears the costs for the return transport and the renewed transport. The seller generally does not bear any costs for uncollected goods and returns.

💡Uncollected Goods
For uncollected goods, there are two options:
1. The buyer pays the costs of reshipping to the seller, and the package will be sent again.
2. If the buyer does not want the product to be resent, they agree that the seller may retain a processing fee of € 9.00 (including VAT) for the incurred costs during the refund.
