2️⃣ Prepare: Pack up the unused items.*
3️⃣ Ship: Send the package at your own expense (preferably with tracking, as we cannot accept liability for lost shipments) to:

4️⃣ Refund: As soon as your return has been inspected, we will issue your refund. In the event of signs of use, we reserve the right to retain a reasonable partial refund.
As a young start-up, we unfortunately cannot cover the cost of return shipping – thank you for your understanding! 💜
*Free products: If your order included a free product (e.g., a hair claw), please return it as well so that we can refund the full amount.
Hygiene seals & usage: Your curling ribbon must be completely unused. For the Curls Boxes, the hygiene seal must not be broken or damaged, otherwise a return is excluded.
