How does the shipping process work?
1️⃣ We will ship your order to the delivery address you provided.
2️⃣ After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information.
3️⃣ Please check your email inbox regularly (including your spam folder) to stay informed about the shipping status.
Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes. This includes:
1️⃣ Changes to the item (e.g., color)
2️⃣ Adjustments to the shipping or billing address
3️⃣ Adding additional items to the order
4️⃣ Applying discount codes retroactively
Can I apply a discount code retroactively?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply discount codes once the order has been completed. 😕
What happens to uncollected packages?
If a package is not picked up or acceptance is refused, we will incur return shipping costs.
In this case you have 2 options:
1️⃣ We will resend the package – the applicable shipping costs will be charged.
2️⃣ You request a refund – in this case, we will retain a processing fee of €9.00.

The package has already been handed over to DHL and has been electronically announced; it is currently waiting for its first scan at the logistics center. 😊
Usually, the package should start moving very soon. Please keep in mind that delivery can take up to 8 business days.
Shipment status: Sorting at the mail center
Your package is already being sorted at the mail center. This means the next step is delivery! 😊
Shipment status: Package has been delivered (but package not received)
Could you please check with your neighbors to see if it was left with them, or take a look around your mailbox? It’s possible the delivery service accidentally placed your order there. By taking these steps, you’re helping us out tremendously! 😊

Where can I find my invoice?
You can download your invoice via the download link provided in your shipping confirmation email. 😊
Can I pick up my order in Graz?
You are welcome to stop by our office (Brockmanngasse 7, 8010). If you’d like to visit us, please let us know briefly when you plan to come by so we can make sure someone is there to assist you. 😊
We are in the office Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
