Do you want real startup vibes and responsibility from day one? As a Product & Operations Manager, you'll be close to the product—from purchasing to product line development. You'll help us grow and continuously expand our product range. 🚀
Your tasks
Purchasing & Production
- Communication with existing & new suppliers
- Search for suitable producers
- Keep an eye on stock and reorder
- Creation of production plans for our curling ribbons
Product range development & trends
- You identify trends and develop new products with us
- You are involved from start to finish: from the initial idea to supplier selection and delivery to the customer
Logistics & Coordination
- Organization of transport
- Coordination with our shipping partners
Customer Success & Development
- Help shape packaging themes & product inserts
- Contact B2B partners such as hairdressers and shops
- Close cooperation with the founders
internationalization
- You help us grow further beyond our national borders 🚀
Your profile
- You like to work in a structured manner , are organized and do not lose track even in stressful moments
- You are a real planning and implementation talent , from the first product idea to the final delivery
- You get things done, think along and approach things proactively – hands-on is not just a buzzword for you
- You have a good sense for trends and products, observe the market and enjoy developing new ideas
- You communicate clearly and openly – with suppliers, team or service providers
- Experience in purchasing, logistics or product development is a plus, but not a must

- Aufbau und Skalierung unseres Influencer-Marketing-Kanals
- Eigenständige Betreuung von Influencer Kooperationen – von Recherche über Vertrags- & Budgetmanagement bis zur Performance-Analyse
- Steuerung und Optimierung unserer Google Ads
- Aktive Unterstützung bei Produktlaunches und Marketingkampagnen
- Skripten und Videoschnitt von Meta Ads
- Kreative Content Creation für unsere Social Media Kanäle
- Organisation und Unterstützung bei Content-Shootings
Dein Profil
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Kreatives Gespür für digitales Marketing & Social Media
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent & klare Kommunikation
- Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing (Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing von Vorteil)
- Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools und smarten Workflows
- Überblick und Priorisierung bei mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig
- Kenntnisse in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut und Shopify von Vorteil
