Withdrawal Policy

I. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lotta GmbH & Co KG, Brockmanngasse 7, 8010 Graz, +43 677 / 64 86 75 50, support@lottacurls.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

II. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to hair products which, after opening or use, can no longer be returned for hygienic reasons.
Note for orders from Switzerland:
For orders from Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Withdrawal from the contract or return of the goods is only possible within the scope of our voluntary goodwill policy, provided this has been expressly agreed in writing.

III. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than seven days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of seven days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

IV. Return Shipping and Liability
If you return goods to us, you as the sender are responsible for safe shipment and proper delivery. Please use a shipping service provider with tracking for the return and keep the proof of posting. Lotta GmbH & Co KG assumes no liability for returns that are lost or damaged.

Please note:
If you received free products as part of a promotion and, due to a return, the originally calculated order value falls below the applicable threshold of the promotion, you are obliged to return the free product as well. Otherwise, the value of the free product will be deducted from the refund amount. The value of the free products is based on the regular retail price stated in the webshop.
Shipping cost rule:
If you originally received your order with free shipping and, due to returning items, the order value falls below the amount required for free shipping, the shipping costs originally incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
