Lotta Curls competition terms and conditions

Generally

1. The organizer of the competition is Lotta GmbH & Co KG , Brockmanngasse 7, 8010 Graz, Austria, support@lottacurls.com , hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”.
2. Participation in the competition is free and governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. Participation is independent of the purchase of any goods or services.

Competition procedure

1. The competition runs from March 1st, 2025, 7:00 AM to December 30th, 2025, 11:59 PM .
2. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

participation

1. To participate, you must subscribe to the Lotta Curls newsletter .
2. Multiple entries are not permitted and will lead to exclusion.

Prize, notification and transmission

1. One Curls Starter Set will be given away each quarter.
2. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
3. The winner will be notified by email within 7 working days.
4. The prize will be sent free of charge by post. No cash payment, no exchange.
5. Additional costs (e.g. taxes) are borne by the winner.
6. If the winner does not respond after 2 attempts and a 2-week period, a new winner will be drawn.

Eligibility

1. Eligible to participate are persons aged 18 and over who reside in the EU.
2. In cases of limited legal capacity, the consent of a legal representative is required.
3. Employees of Lotta GmbH & Co KG and their relatives are excluded from the competition.
4. The organizer may exclude participants for legitimate reasons (e.g. manipulation, false information, violations of the conditions).

termination
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if technical or legal reasons require it.

2. Austrian law applies. Legal recourse is excluded.

Severability clause
Should any clause of these terms and conditions of participation be invalid, the remainder shall remain valid.
