Shipping & Delivery
How does the shipping process work?
- We will ship your order to the delivery address you provided.
- After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information.
- Please check your email inbox regularly (including your spam folder) to stay informed about the shipping status.
What happens to uncollected packages?
If a package is not picked up or acceptance is refused, we will incur return shipping costs.
In this case you have 2 options:
- We will resend the package – the applicable shipping costs of €7.00 will be charged.
- You request a refund – in this case, we will retain a processing fee of €9.00.
The shipment status is not changing.
Of course, you can contact us at any time, but in some cases it may still take up to 7 business days. This is possible with some shipping providers.
Shipment status: Package has been electronically announced
This means the delivery service has received the shipping information and your package has been registered. However, sometimes it is scanned later at the logistics center, which is why the status doesn't change immediately.
Don't worry, your package is on its way and the status should update soon.
If nothing happens after 5 business days, please contact us - we'll take care of it!
Shipment status: Package has (allegedly) been delivered
Please first ask your neighbors, roommates or colleagues if someone has accepted the package for you.
You have received a shipping confirmation from us, which lists the tracking number. Please check if your package has been delivered to a parcel shop.
If the package has already been returned to us, please feel free to contact us.
There are two options:
- We will resend your package to you after you have paid €7 for the reshipment (you will receive an invoice from us).
- We will refund your money, minus a processing fee of €9.
